In this corner
Standing for your length of years
Weighing in immeasurable consequences of reach
The once-thought champion
Now relentless challenger
Wide-eyed for any moment of sleep
And if you blink you might even catch the stench of death it brings
The challenger stands with a record of one and done
But not because it won
The challenger’s record is only true when this bout is done
In the flesh colored trunks
Representing choice, progress, and self-worth
Hailing from the fires of Terra Firma
Introducing…

And in this corner
Standing for the expanse of days
Weighing in infinite amounts of truth, justice, and mercy
But has been known to pack wrath that sinks kings and remakes hearts
The everlasting light where there is no sleep
Other foes have resorted to calling them Wonderful
This challenger stands also with a record of one and done
But with proof of it
His last fight was an amazing turn of decision by Judge Crucifix
In the red and heavenly tights
Representing service, intelligence, and relentless perfection
We got no original destination
But in this ring we’re granted habitation
So introducing…

Round one was paced by creative jabs
But by round two it looked like the challenger snatched victory
Round three saw the challenger stumbling for the ropes
But amazingly round four had him swinging like there was hope
Round five showed both alive with a furious display
And round six it was clear that it was anyone’s to win today
Round seven got bright
Yo it got bright
Looked like the challenger got stabbed, punked, and displayed for a quick-ending night
Round eight slowed the pace feeling a bit on the quiet
Round nine flexed the same except the footwork was amazing, how’d he get around it
Round ten felt close
Real close to the last chapter
But in eleven we saw a glimpse of another kind of actor
My man stood strong to the end in round twelve
And now it came time for the decision to ring the bell

The challenger’s scorecard
Generous
Gossiper
Cheater
Kindhearted
Entrepreneur
Status-driven
Mis-manger
Unhealthy eating
Natural talent
Killer instinct
Charlatan
Persistent

The other challenger was scored
Ignored
Disrespected
Listener
Innovator
Generous
Wise
Fatherhood
Patient
Supernatural
Driven
Transparent
Persistent

The room became restless
Where was the third judge
He saw the whole match
He didn’t look like he budged
Then a man stood up
He looked like the combatants
In fact he merged both
Appearances similar by chance
Took the mic slowly
Stood strong next to the both
Pulled out a small card
Then displayed his worth

The flesh can be a beast
The Spirit is always able to overcome it
Choose your champion.
